"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful authentic stay at plantation resort. The front desk helped us get taxis wherever we needed to go and there is even a restaurant at the hotel for easy food access when we were tired. The view from our room was so outstanding - we stayed at another hotel and this one was far superior. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys authentic resort experiences! "

"I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! Nothing listed as an amenity is complimentary. The airport is less than 2 miles from the hotel, yet they charged us $40.00 for a ride in. That's more...
