"Everything was nice clean and great attention to detail and our stay was very comfy"

"Room was okay. The furniture and walls stained. Door did not lock properly- so I slept with the chair in front of the door. Had huge gap at the bottom of room door. There was hair in the shower. Saw what looked like a bed bug the next day. I prepaid for two days. I only stayed the 1 night since I didn’t feel comfortable. I went to the local Walmart to buy pillowcase since I was unsure of cleanliness. I ended up booking another hotel the second day. I now have rashes all over my body."

"The room had a slight smell of urine. The floors were dirty."

"Pool and jacuzzi were out of service. Room had a really strong ammonia type smell. Curtains had holes, but towels and bedding were clean and comfortable."

"Staff was hit and miss. Reception was very sterile towars me while the couple behind me was very warm. And then, in the morning, they didnt even knock. They just tried to come in when I hadn't checked out. Spark has been hit and miss. Mostly miss ."
