"Excellent hotel, everything was perfect."

"Jeff's Celler was a great experience but remember it is a fine dining and is a set menu. It is a one time experience. The cave setting was great."

"子連れで利用しました。とても快適な滞在となりました。また利用したい場所です。"

"It is a very convenient location and affordable. It would be nice to see a new coat of paint of the hotel rooms and replace the carpet with laminate wood floor which make the room more appealing to stay and keep clean."

"When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. "部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。"

"Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. Aircon was a bit temperamental, could never get it quite right, but tbh that was the single biggest gripe so not much really. Although on a quiet road,...
