"Check in was the worse! It was very slow, a total of about 2 hours. Even though our stay was pre-paid, I had to have the physical card, which I did not have. That caused so much confusion. We had 2 small children who were cranky and excited to do things after a long drive. Before registration was over we were hounded about booking a 90 minute tour of the property. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Margaritaville Resort, and overall, it was a lovely experience. "We use this as our “home” hotel every time we come to Disney World, about 6 times a year. The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet is a great perk and the food is good, fresh & changes a little each day. Super convenient for going to Disney World, minutes to each park and no need for 192 or I4! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable , safe & affordable hotel this is for you. "

"The property was about what I expected for this price point. There was a mildew smell to the room that was off putting, there also was a lot of burned out lightbulbs making it very dark. It was clean though, staff was friendly. Easy location to get around the area. Would stay there again."
