"The hotel is right in the city center. Beside is the Notre dame and 5 mins walk to the train station. In front is the tram that goes to the Place de Massena and other tourist spots. The hotel is quite old and the carpet on the halllways need replacing. The room is pretty small and is expected for the city and in France but it’s overpriced for that kind of hotel. The staff is nice but not quite efficient."

"The location is this hotel’s best feature. It is staffed with friendly people and check in/ check out was simple and easy. Breakfast was good, and the dining room has great views of the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms were very clean, but there was a slight sewer smell in the washroom that kind of spread through the room a bit. If I could suggest one thing to them, the bathroom needs towel bars, not just hooks for drying towels and bathing suits. There is no air flow, and things don’t dry on...

"Dynamite location. Walk to the beach, dinner, cafe, shopping, museums, parks and more. Terrific brunch and knowledgable staff. Couple vacationing in Nice for 70.3 world triathlon championships."

"We were there for 7 nights. Every single member of the staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at this hotel the past 3 years. This year’s room was not our favorite, especially for 7 nights but the housekeeping was immaculate and the hotel’s location can’t be beat."

"Basic hotel, seemed too expensive for what you got. Didn’t refill coffee and water 3 of 5 days. View from the rooftop bar was fabulous but food was not great. Service at the pool was very slow and they didn’t keep the pool area tidy. Front desk staff were helpful for the most part."
