"Habitación grande y limpia. El baño no tan cómodo porque se sale el agua de la regadera, pero es muy amplio. Llegamos a la medianoche y queríamos hacer late check out pero nos querían cobrar 20 euros por una hora y media más, así que no lo hicimos. El personal muy amable."

"If u you travel by train better stay excelsior easy reach station and easy walk to old town the major places interest in here. Many Restaurant near by hotel or in old town.
But it's difficult to get room in excelsior becaud of high occupancy"

"For the price we paid to be close to the airport and with small children this stay really disappointed in many ways. Firstly, the pool is closed currently for maintenance and we really wanted use of it for our last day. Secondly, we booked a family room and instead were given two separate rooms which was fine. However all night right above us there was banging and moving furniture and we did not sleep at all before a 12 hour travel day. We were really disappointed and believe the hotel should...

"Overall, t is a good property but very disappointed to learn that they did not have laundry resources on property. They have se a laundry service that is not available on the weekends (our stay was over the weekend) and the room was very warm. They were able to provide a fan that helped a lot. The property was very clean and in a good location."
