"The Parador de Lerma was delightful - a lovely building and charming staff. Parking was very easy in front of the Parador. The central atrium is a great place for a relaxing lunch or afternoon tea. "Good breakfast lots of choice, hot and cold. Clean and good size room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night while passing through to a ferry. Underground car park was useful if a little tight in places (long cars may struggle, but our SUV was OK)). They apparently have 42 spaces but when I asked to use the car parking when booking months before arriving, they said they could not reserve a space. This would be understandable if they had many fewer spaces but with so many...

"Great location , if you drive be aware that there are road barriers to get into the town, you can drive up and push a button and they will lower the barriers. This was NOT communicated to us in advance , others had the same issue. Parking is under the hotel and VERY tight, need a small car."
