"I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel - the rooms were well proportioned and the beds were very comfy. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and specifically because it had the waterpark. Unfortunately, the water park was closed for 2 days which was a shame as there isn't much else to do at the hotel.
