"Perfectly fine hotel for when you are on a budget. No frills, small rooms that could use some love, but worked well for our visit to New River Gorge National Park. Only half the jets in the hot tub were working."

"The room was decent, but the breakfast was not great. We stay in Hampton Inns almost everytime we travel and the breakfast at this location was unfortunately the worst one we have had. The pool was outside and the water was a green color. I didn’t see anyone swimming in it and we did not either. I would give this location a C-"

"I traveled to Beckley for work, and this hotel was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. I had to adjust my stay by a couple of days, and the staff were so helpful and kind in making the change."

"It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!"

"There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though."
