"First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for ½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well."

"O quarto estava impecável, espaçoso, cama confortável, café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O restaurante do hotel funciona no horário do jantar e tem um ótimo custo-benefício, comparado com os restaurantes da cidade. Cada hóspede teve uma sessão de hidromassagem no spa, de cortesia. Estávamos muito cansadas dos passeios e foi espetacular. A localização é excelente, em frente à praia e onde tudo acontece no final da tarde. Minha sobrinha e eu adoramos o hotel."

"Really artsy and beautiful place! Our room was spacious and everything had such fun decor to look at all over the hotel. We met Paula and she was so cool, chatted to us for awhile and had recommendations for our day. I wish we'd had more than our one quick night here and was sad to miss breakfast because of an early flight. Definitely book here!"

"This was the creepiest hotel I’ve stayed in in awhile. Huge hole in the keyhole area, hole in the ceiling, dirt/mold all over the bathroom, and white stains and blood stains on the bedding. We all slept fully clothed on top of towels on top of the bedding. "

"Too old hotel far away from center. Water doesn't work well. Needs ols curtains to be gone. "

"This is a truly historic hotel right in the heart of Trelew, with a very atmospheric bar/restaurant area. The accommodation was basic and the room in need of a refurb but there was hot water and the staff were friendly. "
