"Oubliez les autres hotels de Pointe-Noire (Atlantic Palace Hotel, Palm Beach...) et venez à l’Elaïs, le personnel est exceptionnel. Grand choix de chambres du bungalow à une tour de six étages. La salle de gym, la piscine et le tennis sont top. Sans parler du buffet petit-déjeuner très convenable. Le jardin luxuriant est très bien entretenu. Tous les commerces sont à proximité, (change, laverie, restaurants...)"

"Dans l'ensemble les chambres sont propres, le Li est confortable. La chambre est très spacieuse, ça a été dans l'ensemble contre l'odeur de la cigarette c'est horrible. Surtout. Pour moi qui ne supporte pas les notes de la cigarette, c'est pas possible. Ça fume partout, Ça fume dans les chambres et dans le lobby"

"J’étais bloquée à l’aéroport, j’ai tenté de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises (téléphone) afin de trouver un moyen de m’y rendre, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai donc envoyé un message via la messagerie puisque personne ne m’a répondu, j’attends encore une réponse... Service client inexistant semble-t-il. "
