"A stay at Bawah Reserve is a truly exclusive private island escape surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons, white sand beaches, and untouched jungle. The villas are beautifully designed, blending naturally into the landscape with open-air living, ocean or forest views, and complete privacy. A major highlight is the exceptional diving experience, supported by a dedicated dive center and a professional team of instructors and guides. They cater to all levels, offering safe, well-organized dives with...

"Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids."

"This is not your typical sterile resort hotel, the same the world over, perfectly serviceable, but with no soul. Banyan Tree Bintan charmed us into loving the place. Yes, the drains may have been a little smelly at times, the doors didn't fit properly and our villa could have done with a refresh, but the privacy, the attention of the staff and the food were all exceptional. "Very good, all staff, place, and their service excelent. Will come back for sure"

"Nirup was a fantastic getaway for our family of four - 2 kids aged 9 and 13. We enjoyed the private pool and the activities planned. The kids especially liked the gym. I went for a massage at the spa too. Overall a great experience. The only mode of getting around is using the buggy, which can have a hit of waiting time, so plan your daily schedules early. Otherwise, was fine for us to walk around the small island. Encouraged to purchase meal plan! There are no other restaurants to go to...

"Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Grand Batam Mall. The room is very clean and some complimentary soft drinks and snacks are available in the room. Front Office staff, F & B staff, Conceirge and Housekeeping & Maintenance staff were all very helpful, friendly and competent. Suggest that should be live band performing in the lobby lounge in the evenings."

"Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!"
