"My stay started on a frustrating note when I was moved to a newly opened wing of the hotel without prior notice, and unfortunately, the staff at the new wing had not been informed of the transfer. Since my reservation was still tied to the original building, the check-in process became unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. That said, the staff remained warm, courteous, and genuinely apologetic throughout the ordeal. Once the communication issues were resolved, everything was sorted out...
