"My stay started on a frustrating note when I was moved to a newly opened wing of the hotel without prior notice, and unfortunately, the staff at the new wing had not been informed of the transfer. Since my reservation was still tied to the original building, the check-in process became unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. "Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying I have to pay for the shuttle service. Some staff didnt know how to use the proper debit machine"

"Large spacious room. The lightning needs improvement as no dim lights. Clean all round. Not soundproof as could hear voices and loud music. Helpful staff at reception,bar ( miracle) and eating 2 separate dinning areas were ideal for local dishes and continental"

"I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!"
