"Do not let the Wyndham name fool you. I booked this property online sight unseen based on the Wyndham name, location, and decent ratings expecting a standard hotel experience. Because it is branded as a hotel, I assumed it would have traditional interior corridors. Imagine my shock when I pulled up and found that all room doors open directly to the exterior parking lot. As an infrequent traveler in an unfamiliar city, this was not the hotel experience I wanted or felt safe with. The description...

"The room reeked of smoke. We were supposed to stay two nights but left early because the smell was so bad and they had no other rooms. We were traveling with our 9 month old. They said there was nothing they could do. The smell was so bad when we unpacked our things later everything had the smell of smoke in it. Definitely will not be staying here again. I don’t know how the cleaning service went in and thought it was possible with the smell so bad it clung to our items"

"The room smelled bad! The space was microscopic. We had to work when we were there and the table wasn’t a table more like a 4 inch ledge. Altogether, we won’t be going back to Tru hotels…ever. Staff wasn’t mean or anything just very un-helpful. And uninterested in helping. We had to ask all the questions: What is our room number? Where are the elevators? When is breakfast? When is checkout?"
