"Great location, directly on the front. Staff were very helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast, which was great itself. Bar staff & reception staff were informative and polite. I would recommend the Hotel to others in the future."

"We were in a sea view room and it was very tired and ready for a refurb very disappointing was the towels hadn’t been changed or the bathroom bin emptied The breakfast was very good and available if you have an early start Position is excellent"

"Property looks run-down with damaged wall and worn carpets. Old fashioned shower needed fiddling to balance from taps. Breakfast - good selection and reasonable value. Charged extra. Bed comfortable. Would rate barely as three star."

"The hotel was in a great location. The airport bus stopped about 10 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer’s, local shops, esplanade and theatre are all within walking distance. The hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms are a good size."

"The Room was on the top floor and was very clean. The lift help us get to our room. The staff friendly and was interested in engaging with the guests. We took breakfast each morning which had a good selection of cereals, Bread Cheeses and cold meats. the cooked breakfast was very good. "The pool would be lovely a few degrees warmer but a lovely stay and the staff are wonderful. All very helpful, friendly and obliging. A great stay on a wonderful island."

"The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends"

"The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed."

"Exactly as anyone would hope a hotel or guest house would be with friendly staff, clean & well furnished / equipped rooms & a great breakfast."
