"Very tidy and helpful
Would have been nice to have a cover over the shower area to keep out mosquitoes but it was ok did love the outdoors shower.

"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. "Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa).
To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite.
