Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride). "This hotel has seen its day; for a few dollars more per night you will get much better service and quality at the sister hotel just along the road 5 minutes walk and right on the beach. "We had a great stay at Pestana. I must admit, it did not stat well. We stayed on south of Sao Tome and a day before our booking, I called the hotel to ask if they have a free boat transfer for guests. The very unfriendly person on the phone told us to be at the dock at 10am. We came to the dock, boarded the boat and after arrival they wanted us to pay 42 EUR for it.
