"We spent 3 days at Fairmont Mekkah with a great and extensive choice of morning buffet, clean and large room, and amazing service... Hence, Sofitel Madinah pales in comparison. "The hotel is conveniently located in the clock tower building facing the Haram. The room are specious and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Although the area is very busy, the hotel managed the crowd effectively. The only problem I faced is no enough elevators to serve the crowd and I have to wait for long tone especially during the prayer times rush hours. "

"The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! I spoke to many and they were all very helpful, especially Mohammed in guest services. My room was very nice, only issue was hot water took a while, nothing major. You will love this hotel and it’s location."
