"Room service/cleaning was disaster. First two days thete were no room service and next two days service was almoast not visoble. There were no hot water two days also. Breakfast is vety poor and they did not offer all the food during the breakfast. Lobby and guys in reception are only positive thong in hotel. If I'm not wrong hotel has 4 stars...even 2 are to much."

Having never been to Serbia this hotel was fantastic. The staff went beyond the call of duty. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was huge with a all you could ask for like a huge shower and a great king sized bed. The location was close to a pedestrian mall and the fortress which is a major tourist area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was upgraded for free from one bedroom to three, even though I was travelling solo. It was, however, in a different location down the street and I think the apartment is not as modern as the others. Nevertheless, it was nice and spacious, with three balconies and two bathrooms. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner and it would have been nice to have a microwave. There was a washing machine and showers had a boiler to switch on for hot water.
