This hotel was a real surprise for me. I stayed her for 6 days and they really made me feel welcome. To begin with they offered me a room slightly further away from the lifts to give me the maximum peace as I was there for a whole week on business. The lobby lounge is luxurious and has many things to keep you occupied. Staff were very helpful from the reception to restaurants. Location, location, location, clean, friendly,perfect breakfast arrangement, they take extra step to accommodate guests - their reception shuts at 11 p.m. but as my flight landed quite late, they waited for me with a a friendly smile and and necessary assistance. And, it is very good value for money. I come from Belgrade and I'm not saying this just to boost their rating. They are truly worth of every compliment.

Entering the main building didn't look too promising,but once we were at reception,was very nice and clean.The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and the room was very nice indeed,with everything you could want.

Very clean hotel in perfect central position just off Republic Square in Belgrade. Lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. All very clean. Couple of small things: No milk in room to go with teas and coffees and coffees and water not replenished after the first day. Also the mini bar was empty. Such a wonderful place to stay while in Belgrade! The whole experience really elevated my time away, and gave me the relaxing and refreshing trip I was after.

Square by Margot was a welcome retreat in Pristina. It is a small boutique hotel with impeccable friendly service and well-appointed modern and clean rooms. The hotel's position directly on the main pedestrian street makes this a great base for a exploring Pristina. The included a la carte breakfast at the hotel's namesake cafe adds a delicious bonus.

Fabulous stay, amazing customer service. Beautiful resort. Food was great quality and spa treatments were epic :-) all in all a perfect holiday.

I had an IT issue and the staff did absolutely everything to help beyond what was required. Really freindly staff.
