"Well, i went there to relax. I felt very disappointed that my first time and first night ever being at this hotel, there where some kids. There where running around knocking on peoples door. The next day the power was out for three hours, and on top of that, then we sat outside for almost 30 mins. I was told there may be a fire, (allegedly) & then the fire department came. I just felt like they should have took something off my tab or even offer up some accommodation for all the inconveniences....

"Everything was perfect clean great customer service soon as you walk through the door it smelled amazing nice and clean amazing customer service checkin was nice and easy .. room was very nice and clean. Manger reception was awesome as well . The free breakfast was amazing! Definitely a 5 star rating! "

"We were not here long but the room was fabulous. The surrounding area of hotel was a little sketchy but hotel itself was awesome. "

"Hotel staff accused us of smoking in the room and charged us $250. Called to get this fixed and they doubled down on the accusation. My wife is pregnant and we were at this hotel for a week long convention where we hardly occupied the room. Sketchy practices by this hotel combined with hallways that smell like garbage. AVOID THIS HOTEL. Not to mention desk staff sleeping at the front desk and clearly under the influence. "

"The room was decently clean. The beds were clean, but the floor was a little dirty. There is daily housekeeping. The price was excellent for the time and that was the major selling point since it was also near the expo center. It is located directly under the airport landing path, so there is air traffic noise. No issues with safety or parking."
