"This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders.
