"I was only able to stay at the hotel for one night because my flight from Frankfurt to Ljubljana was delayed several times and then cancelled. I tried to contact Expedia to see if I could cancel my night’s reservation, but couldn’t reach any assistance for help - I tried phoning, chatting and emailing. It was a very frustrating process.
