"This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite being marketed as a 4- or 5-star property, it barely warrants a single star. I booked a suite for my wife and me, expecting a premium stay, but we encountered numerous issues: the television didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, the drapes were falling off their rods, and the bathroom lights were broken. "Good hotel but I felt it was quite expensive for the room standard. The view from the balcony was excellent but the aircon was weak and the bathroom felt dated. The location is super handy, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and on at good times with plenty seating. The pool areas are a huge highlight of this hotel too- it’s great to have so many to choose from and beautiful views from the terrace.

"A very nice hotel with a perfect view of Lake Bled. The pool was amazing and the sauna area was well done. The rooms are a little small and dated, however charming and comfortable. The main foyer and breakfast were both excellent."

"Brian was the star of the front desk, incredibly helpful. All the front desk were.
Lovely setting on the river, lively in a quiet way - lots of nearby eateries & bars. Right in the heart of the old town.
Everywhere was walkable, very helpful to know of the courtesy shuttle to the end of pedestrian area to get to the station...
Nice infinity pool & rooftop area...
We had a small room ... but the bathroom reminded me of a bathroom in a caravan. Lovely fluffy robes and towels but only two hooks....
