"The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "This was a terrible experience from the moment I walked in. As I was trying to check in another guest was the the reception desk requesting a new room because her room smelled like "Death". The hotel clerk said I was registered for 2 rooms, which I was not. She then said "well I will charge you for both rooms then you can dispute with your credit cad company" I asked 4 times to speak with the manager. He never came to speak with me. "We had stayed overnight on the way south. This hotel was chosen for location and had good reviews. The place was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were given a room near the back entrance in close proximity to reach items from our vehicle. Stay was brief but good. The bed was very comfortable. We chose to stay again on the way back home and enjoyed this overnight stay as well. We will use this property again when traveling south. Thank you :)"

"In town for a family gathering nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and spaciousness of the room and amenities. It was relatively quiet (save for the kids playing basketball at 6:00 AM on a Sunday...), despite being just off Rte. 1. This was our first time at a Sonesta property, and I imagine we'd use them again in the future!"

"The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service"

"I had a terrible stay. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the bed and pillow was so uncomfortable that I barely slept. Also when I came down for coffee at 8:50am, the coffee container was empty and never refilled after I even told the front desk."
