"I arrived early in to Kolkatta from Hydrabad. Made multiple calls to see if they would allow complimentary early check in after 12.00 noon. No one called to say aye or nay !!! Very poor management on duty . Thus was second time visiting this hotel and I’ll not return to waste my money. Next time I’ll select either Fairfield Marriot or JW Marriot ."

"The check-in process was frustrating. The hotel’s payment system did not accept international Apple Pay, despite it being widely accepted at the airport and even within the hotel’s own café. This resulted in multiple unnecessary transactions and delays after a long journey. More concerning was the persistent noise disturbance. There were loud birthday parties with DJ music that carried straight through the walls into the room. I was unwell during the stay and had to make repeated calls to the...

"It was very comfortable. The staffs were very nice and helpful."

"Everything was good as expected of 4 star hotel. Property was spacious and clean. Food was OK. All the staff were polite and helpful apart from some staff at the restaurant who were in their own world rather than looking after the guests. I needed to draw attention of the staff many times for my needs as they appeared to have forgotten that I am there. "
