Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas.
C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais...

"I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area ."

"Muchos inglesesy esa gente no tiene educación dejaban todo tirado, muy borrachos en las zonas comunes por qué como es todo incluido, ellos se piensan que se va a acabar el alcohol de canarias, en fin una decepción."

"Hôtel très agréable, accueil chaleureux et serviable.
Accès au parc directement depuis l'enceinte de l'hôtel.
Chambre simple et très propre, ménage fait tous les jours.
Petit-déjeuner : très bonnes viennoiseries.
Buffet moyen, pas très bon et peu de choix."
