"The property is under a large renovation with the lobby area completely unavailable. This should have been on the website as a warning. When i arrived, they couldn't find my reservation but were eventually able to discover that it was sent to them for the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me."

Partcularly the night auditor and manager (sorry I forgot names) My work assignment got extended and the hotel was fully booked due to a hockey event but the night auditor continuously monitored for cancelations to be able to extend my booking.
