"Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions. When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least."

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Frühstück: reichhaltige Auswahl, auch hier ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. "

"Everything is just perfect. The room, the spa, breakfast, the meals at the restaurant, the staff. One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect. "Great location, breakfast was very good. Great traditional German food nearby. Only downside is when traveling by train, it is a pretty long hike to hotel when you have a lot of heavy bags."
