"Fun experience for kids"

"Clean room and property. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Staff had excellent customer service. The housekeepers were always willing to help get extra towels or toiletries if needed without fuss or attitude. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the pool heater was broken the 5 days we stayed. We did lose our deposit due to unfortunate circumstances with my teenage daughter being on her period and messing up some towels and sheet but luckily they didn’t charge extra for that although i could have bleached the stains out but that’s okay...

"So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. "Gift Shop" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were...

"Rooms need a good scrub. Bed are pretty rough but it’s à La Quinta so maybe my expectations were off a bit. The outside of the building was nice. The rooms, not so much. I’d probably look elsewhere in the future."

"Room was at par with other places I have stayed. Staff was pleasant and attentive. They have an in house kitchen /restaurant for food and drinks if desired. Close to the freeway but was on the other side so was quiet. Not in a busy area."

"Great hotel. Especially since it’s the only good hotel in the area. The floors could be moped better but otherwise very clean and lots of extras."

"Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

"Flattened pillows, no mini fridge, bed was well used and had a dip. The staff were nice. It was hard to get a parking spot near my room and there were tweakers all over."

"Very humble people that work there nice and easy to work with right now they are doing some remodeling to there building but they have been super attentive with the process i honestly cant complain they've been really cool with me my daughter and mom. one of their other main likable things is their prices sometimes on the weekend they go up a bit but every place does but during the week i still haven't found another place that has or would beat their price."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable; the showers could use an update. The WiFi didn’t work in our room nor could we get a cell signal which was slightly frustrating but I think that was an isolated problem to the location of our room."
