"The hotel itself is rundown and dirty. The hall carpets were filthy. The backdoor did not lock, which is a security concern. The front elevator was out of service. The sink & tub in our room were chipped & stained & the water didn’t drain during a shower. The towel bar came off the wall & the bathroom fan was inadequate. "The room was in a terrible location. Across from pool and fitness ctr and near kitchen prep area and ice machine. It was so noisy .. the only other room offered after first night was next to the elevator! Parking was poor. Would not recommend"

"There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....
