"I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. I was greeted by courteous knowledgeable staff to check me in very quickly. I expected to be alone, and my son accompanied me and within minutes, I had a roll out bad delivered to my room, the amenities were thoroughly explained. The gym was very well stocked, and the breakfast was very good. There was fresh coffee 24/7 along with complementary cookies later on the room was impeccable. "My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. "
