"Great staff, beautiful resort"

"Pool chairs were hard to come by. You had to go out at 6 AM and reserve a chair or otherwise you did not have anywhere to sit all day. Food was just OK. Buffets don’t open until 6:30 PM. No place to find snacks during the day unless you want to go to the buffets. Coffee shop was great, but it was always crowded. At night. Could have been more evening entertainment. Probably OK for families, but for adults and older kids would recommend the adults only side"

"A/C, water pressure, bed…all excellent. Vista Inn is in a heavily gated community, which is potentially more of a hassle than a feeling of security. The on site landlord was extremely helpful with security codes. The price was fair. It was a no frills spot. However, Falmouth does not offer many choices, for lodging, for food and for anything to do, to keep one for an extra day."

"Retreat Guesthouse Luxury suites home is absolutely beautiful an very relaxing!! The house was super clean, neat, and organized! Many balconys you can go out on a feel the sun and look at the beautiful views!!! The hosts was extremely friendly an helpful!! "We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."

"The are was quite felt safe however, the interior was not what i expected. Furnitures old looking only one of the AC was working so we all stay in the bedroom with the working AC. Too hot not to have AC in the living room fan cannot manage the heat."

"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am.
