"The staff are a real credit to the hotel! Those at Vine restaurant (Yoonus, Alma, Basit, Jacqueline), Faith at Astor Grill, Amine at guest relations, Thesse at Sarab Lounge. Gabriel at the front entrance! What an amazing bunch of people. Nothing was too much for anyone! The food was of top quality, breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the surroundings were lush! There is a mixed gym and female only gym available which was very welcome and sauna, steam room available in the changing areas of the gym. The Butler service was an awesome added touch where 2 pieces of clothing were ironed on a daily basis.
Checking was seamless. Nadine was super helpful. Room was large, lots of amenities. An issue with rowdy guests making noise in the night was resolved very quickly.
