"I recently stayed at ibis Mollet Barcelona after pre-booking the hotel through Expedia and receiving payment confirmation. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. Despite providing my name and payment confirmation, the staff initially had no information about my reservation. I had to show multiple details from Expedia before they were able to locate and confirm the booking. There were also a few other issues during our stay. "It is in an industrial area. Not so great if you are a tourist looking to see some sites. You need to drive to you destination. But to each their own"

"This hotel is very dated and shouldn’t be rated as a 4 star. Has mold and water stains on doors walls etc. There is no indication that parking is extra anywhere in the site but when you get there they want to charge you 20 a day. I have stayed there three times. Never again."

"The hotel was good for us and served us well for the F1 race, the staff was great and the place had some upgrades, our room was a bit dated but clean."

"Apart from a bed which creaked whenever I changed position, and the sink never holding water for long (which last problem I've had in 4* hotels), I have no complaints. The staff were fanastic - great local knowledge, friendly and helpful. Only NASA could get a 10/10 from me; if they ever start running hotels, they should consider hiring the staff here to train theirs. Would I consider staying here again? Absolutely!"
