"Everything is great but just no wifi in the room."

"The biggest asset to this hotel is their staff everyone was friendly, helpful and engaged with the kids. From the initial welcome from the chief to departing the hotel everything was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vanuatu .. "

"The resort was a little run down. We stayed in a lagoon view bungalow right at the end of the resort and could not get any wifi signal. Pool was amazing."

"Nasama Resort was very good value as the room we had (Ocean View 1 Bed) was spacious with a walk in robe area great for storing your luggage etc, well out of your way. The rooms can be a little dated but are clean, also the dedicated friendly staff are always around and always willing to assist. An excellent choice of Breakfast is often included and Nasama has 2 of Vanuatu's best rated restaurants on site, 3 pigs and Cafe Villa. We did have an issue with our room during our stay dues to strong...

"We had an excellent stay. Staff were super friendly, food was great and the water sports were a big hit with the kids. There were a large number of mosquitoes on the island, make sure you bring insect repellent with you."

"Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard."

"My daughter and I stayed here for a week during our first visit to Port Vila . The hosts Morgan and Annie , and Rocky the playful dog made us feel right at home from arrival, and like part of their family . The freshly made breakfasts were delicious and always flexible around our daily schedule . Rooms were clean, quiet, and aircon worked a treat. Handy location to transport, supermarket a short walk away , all set in a beautiful tranquil garden by the lagoon. Would stay here again anytime ."

"Loved our stay. Staff were amazing. The snorkelling was great, just as expected. Hideaway is very relaxing, quiet with few residents. Even with day trippers, it didn't seem that busy. Food was great. Not alot of options but this the Beach Bar near by, there is plenty for all. Will definitely be going back."

"The staff really truly makes this stay amazing. They are so happy, so helpful, they made the stay great. The ocean views are fantastic and villas large and spacious. It is an experience to stay there. The island is a smaller island off the main island and there are no shopping centres, no TV no intent, nothing to distract you from total immersion into nature. Forest on one side, ocean on the other side, this resort was made for relaxation. We loved using the complimentary kayaks to explore...

"Very clean and well organised. There is a pool and a bar/restaurant if you don't want to go out to eat. Very well located just a few minutes away from the city's centre and various supermakets. It might get a bit noisy in the evening because of the bar's evening specials, but it's not too bad"

"Peaceful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The view was amazing and we looked forward to every meal overlooking the water. Snorkeling, paddling boarding, sea kayaking, and private access to water within steps of our bungalow. The staff was kind, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. We loved it here!"
