"Our room had no air conditioning even though we were told it was on. They finally found out that it was broke and could not get it fixed till we left. They brought us 2 fans but it was still so hot! Miserable."

"The place was great. Literally right outside of the Vatican and a short train ride to the rest of the places you would visit in Rome. There were great restaurants in the area and tons to do if you just wanted to stay close."

"The location was excellent! 10 minute walk to the St. Peter’s Basilica and 3 minutes from the Vatican Museum. The place was clean, comfortable, and unique especially with the elevator. We are a family of 6 and rented two rooms next to each other. There is a kitchen that can be used. Breakfast was nice with the various croissants, fruits, cheeses, meats, yogurt, & oatmeal. "This guest house is literally a stone’s throw away from the Vatican. It is easy to get around to food and shopping. The owner is very meticulous about your comfort during your stay. She makes sure everything is available for you. There is a shared kitchen if you prefer not to eat out all the time. Because of its location, it is easy to walk to some of the most famous sites. "

"The location is great for visiting Vatican city. Our room and the shared space was clean and the owner shared clear instructions. The only miss for us was the hot water. The shower’s hot water barely more than a trickle. Hopefully the other rooms are better than the one we had."
