"I had a very serious issue with this property. I booked and prepaid for Innova Motel Warrnambool through Expedia, and the reservation was shown as confirmed. However, when I arrived at the property, the front desk told me that there was no booking under my name and that they had no vacancy. "We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓"
