"We love Elmer & always stay at the Elmer. It’s been recently taken over & it’s even better. The team are all friendly & cannot do enough for you. The food is sensationally good, breakfast and dinner (steak & Stilton pie is incredible). They spoilt us and our dog. We cannot praise them enough."

"I wanted to be close enough to the airport that I didn’t have to get transportation and that was the case. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. "Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face.
