"Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel itself is very dated. Tv remote did not work but staff came right away and helped us get tv working. It meant having 2 remotes, 1 to change channels and 1 to control column. Pool was not at all what was pictured when we booked the place. We booked due to the pool area having a kiddie pool, water slide and obstacle course in the pool. Upon arrival we found that the pool area had just been remodeled and the kiddie area was completely gone as was...

"The staff were friendly and the room rates were affordable but other than that, it was not pleasant. The carpet in the room was very dirty, multiple stains on bedding, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the free breakfast was out of most of the food, and the hot tub was broken."

"The lady at the front desk during daylights was very nice and helpful, but the room was NOT clean the floor had a layer of dust and the sheets were stained up. The flooring was splitting in several places that was just filled with dirt and grime. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Also don’t let the site fool you there is no breakfast, the un helpful late shift guy said “they are un licensed to serve breakfast”. Over all it was a very unpleasant experience, will not be staying there...
