"I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.
We had informed the host in advance that we were a family of four, yet we were assigned a cramped attic space with very limited room. There was...

"Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises."

"Ein gutes Familien Hotel für vernünftigen Preis. Zug- Bus Verbindung ist okay, hat mir angepasst. Hab mich etwas mehr Platz und Diskretion im Speisesaal gewünscht, ansonsten sehr gutes Frühstücksauswahl mit brasilianischen Spezialitäten, sauberes Zimmer, entspannter Atmosphäre, schon im Hotelgang mit Vögel zwitschern Audio. "Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
