"Overall, location rooms and basics were real attractions to the location. The breakfast was much better than most and made the hotel as much a destination feature as a place to crash. The biggest regret is the nickle-dime mentality of charging what was close to another night for a three hour early check in. I was really surprised that check-in was at 4pm! You could see a lot of people were as they turned away from the option. This also created a bit of a bottleneck at 4 when everyone came back....

"The location and building are absolutely lovely. I also liked the option of not having your room cleaned. I didn’t love the pillows or the fact I couldn’t open the balcony door. These things are minor and overall I was happy with my stay"

"Staff are fair enough, breakfast is excellent, hotel is pretty close to Vistula river banks. I just noticed that that they don’t any tissue in the room, no slippers, no bathrobe. Other hotels have even if you’re just getting a superior room."

"I loved everything about this hotel. The one exception was the rooftop bar was so full of people not staying at the hotel, it would have been nice to enjoy as a guest, but it was a Friday night so I understand that would be a busier night with non-guest patrons. The room was absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing."

"Hotel op een goede locatie om op verkening te gaan. Kamer en badmamer zeer schoon en worden dagelijks schoon gehouden. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Alles was goed voor elkaar. Een goede basis voor Warschau te ondekken."

"Nice breakfast spread. Room was clean, bathroom updated. Good location and friendly staff. Prior to arrival, undisclosed exterior construction had scaffolding and workers outside my 15th floor window daily. Very ‘European style’ air conditioning. A/C controller in the room had no impact or extraordinarily slow response, front desk said give it 1 hour per 1 degree Celsius change."
