"宿に到着したが、予約の部屋はキャンセルされており、ホテルは満室との事でした。代替えのホテルを探させたが5星のホテルを紹介する始末。文句を言ったが全くとりつく島がなく、ホテルには責任がないとの一点張りで、呆れて次の日にウルムチをでました、そのくせホテル代は口座より引かれている始末でした。"

"フロントスタッフはきちんと教育されていて英語力も高く信頼できます。唯一残念だったのは、朝食時にコーヒーを飲む際、持ち手ない普通のガラスコップしかなく、レストランスタッフに中国語でコーヒー用カップありませんか？と聞くも、「そこにガラスコップあるでしょ、」と言われました。仕方なく平べったいスープカップでコーヒーを飲みましたがローカル客全員が持ち手のないガラスコップでホットドリンクを飲んでいたので、コーヒーカップの用意がないのだと思われます。 ホテルは立地も良く、バザールにも徒歩30分で行けました(靴次第です)。ホテル左隣りにコンビニ、周辺は、たくさんタクシーも走っており、周辺少し歩けばローカルレストランもあり便利です。"
