"The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance."

"Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great."

"Always my stop over if travelling late on my way to or from Sydney. Always helpful to provide key when checking in late. Very cold and the had the heater on to warm the room, really appreciated the electric blanket"

"Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. "

"There was little or no human contact nor written instructions. The stove fan was very greasy, the stove top was discoloured. The vacuum cleaner hose was broken in one part. The room and parking numbering system were illogical, not sequential, e.g. room numbers didn’t correspond to floors and parking space numbers were haphazard.
