Great staff, fantastic location, main area and pool stunning.

Staff are excellent. Super friendly and always happy to have conversation. Fantastic accommodation and superb range of included activities. You won’t go hungry, food is excellent.

The only issue is that the toilet is open area with curtains to pull across. Would be better if it was closed off for privacy in using the toilet. The rest of accommodation is 10 out 10 with no issues

What a fabulous Lodge. I stayed here for three nights and I absolutely loved it. The place is clean, It’s quiet and it’s so pretty. The staff are amazing. They’re so friendly and so attentive. I had such a great time and would love to come back. Its a little way from town but for me that was perfect. After doing lots of daily trips, there was no desire to go anywhere in the evening. Amazing place staff are wonderful. Traditional Zimbabwean thatched cottage accommodation. We were in the honeymoon suite although not our honeymoon. Lovely big bed fantastic bathroom and outdoor seating. Phil Mornette and their team are great hosts. They organised all of our excursions and everything was fantastic they have done them all themselves. Great hotel, lovely rooms and wonderful staff. Views over the Zambezi Nationsl Park were fantastic with lots of animals visiting the waterhole at the adjacent Lodge. Don't miss the vulture feeding which happens each day at 1pm

Wonderful welcome , quick check in. Room was big and very comfortable with a big bathroom, toiletries and massive shower. The food and service were excellent. The staff works hard to please their guests. Lovely pool with sun loungers, very well kept garden. We were collected from Victoria Falls airport by a charming young driver. Wonderful place.

Lovely staff and management. The lighting back to the rooms could be better and a fridge in the room would be nice. Some of the best hotel food I have had for a long time. Would definitely recommend.

It's a very nice place to stay. The suite we stayed in was beautiful, the weather was great and swimming pool came into handy. Staff was friendly too. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very clean with friendly staff

A wonderful personal service in beautiful surroundings, with luxury accommodation and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All inclusive was just that, including doing your laundry. Some trips were extra but transport was provided to meet the trip transport. The staff were friendly, helpful, polite and informative. The evening meal choices were restrictive and had no vegetarian option, but I got the impression that if we had asked for something different, it would have been provided. They...
