Staff at the property were excellent. We were greeted in the morning during breakfast by staff and told that if we needed anything to let them know. It was a very nice gesture. During the early morning hours of our second night, a fire alarm was pulled by some kids playing a prank and went on for some time. Long enough to get us out of bed to see what was going on. That would have been fine, but after we went back to bed once everything was clear, it went off again about an hour later. This also prompted us getting out of bed to see what was going on. Not a great nights rest. Again, the onsite staff were very helpful / friendly and handled the situation well. We were instructed to contact the manager, who was offsite, with concerns. I did so, and have yet to hear back. That was about 3 weeks ago now. Needless to say, I am a little disappointed.

The breakfast was cold The other guest were loud & ignorant playing in the halls & knocking on the rooms doors & running late at night We had no face towel in our room, I also booked a queen suite & was given a regular room but I paid for a suite Never here again!

An out of the way holiday inn, hampton was next door with a gas station across the way. Close to the interstate so easy 15 min drive to airport which is why we chose this hotel.

The rooms were ok, I have stayed in much better Holiday Inn & Suites…The big issue was early Saturday morning between 1and 2am the fire alarm started going off and continued to go on and off for about a half hour… Location was great for going to the Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.. Breakfast was NOT great..

This property was really nice however we stayed on the 3rd floor, there are 4 floors, and it sounded like a heard of elephants. Sure, we would stay here again but only on the 4th floor. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, great location.

Place was super clean and our room was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. My Granddaughter dropped her blanket in the elevator and one of the staff ran out to the parking lot to give it to use. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast had something for everyone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The whole hotel smelled clean and the staff was sooo nice as well. They gave you multiple options as far as pillow choices which is nice. We weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast but it was nice to have as an option. Would definitely stay here again.

I inquired via phone to a male frontdesk representative (March 27, ~8pm), he only talked about his stand and never listened what I was trying to explain. And he even hung up the phone while I was trying to communicate. It was very rude of him, and I will never go to this property, and I will share this information to my friends and colleagues. Very discriminating.

Getting straight to the point: The bed was amazing! So soft and the pillows were soft, fluffy and they had a firmer option too, not to mention there were SO MANY PILLOWS! Loved it. The bathroom shower had a tub in the room we were in, I’m not the biggest fan of the style of it, and a tub for a shower, but I knew going in that not all the rooms had a standing shower. The pros: they had so many towels, hand towels, wash cloths and Dove Shampoo | Conditioner | Body Wash which was really nice. The front desk was so professional and very accommodating! My friend started her period and she called to ask if they had tampons to purchase and the guy brought them right up to her room no charge! So sweet of him. Overall, this property is everything they say they are. The only complaint was the housekeeping in the morning went around with a keycard tapping super loud and long on the doors well before we were supposed to leave, waking us early after a long night. Other than that 10/10!!

Only real complaint was that there was no fan in the washroom. It made the whole room very humid after a shower for 15 minutes. Otherwise, was very comfortable stay. Staff was great.

Great stay over for dance comp weekend. Pool was small but open till 11. Wish they would have cleaned it sunday morning after check out.

Our stay was very good. We didn’t have any interruptions or anything. The only downside is that the sun blocking shade wouldn’t go down all the way in our room. Other than that the facility was great.
