Staying at Quality Inn was like discovering a hidden gem in the heart of Livonia. The warm smiles of the staff made me feel instantly at ease, and the well-appointed rooms ensured a comfortable night's rest. My recent stay at Quality Inn exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was not only impeccably clean but also incredibly cozy, making it hard to leave in the morning. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day of my trip.

I will probably not use Expedia again. Apparently it canceled my reservation without telling me for some reason. Fortunately the staff at the facility was able to get us into a room. Unfortunately the room was dirty. Blood stains on both bed spreads. Sticky and dusty table surfaces, lamps and telephone. Rotting banana in refrigerator and rotting sandwich in microwave. Carpet sticky. Bathroom was fairly clean, but door and handle sticky. Mattresses were comfortable and sheets on bed seemed clean.

Our experience at Quality Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. Filthy accommodations, lack of maintenance was evident in every aspect of the bathroom, lack of cleanliness, every aspect of our stay was a disappointment. The most shocking discovery of all was the sight of a large, dead worm lying on the doorstep of our room. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel and urge management to address these issues immediately before further tarnishing their reputation.

I didn't like that after entering noticing the tv screen and mirror were half cleaned. Then the bathroom wasn’t clean so i used the towels to clean it and had to go to the front desk to replace the towels, no room service.

The room had living cockroaches and bedbugs! Received bed bug bites! Filthy room- stained sheets, old food left under a chair. I booked this room for someone else and I requested the person at the front desk to NOT give the occupant a receipt with my personal information on it, but they did anyway! Huge safety concerns. Dirty stained carpet, sheets, towels and shower/ bathroom! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like it had been a smoking room for a long time. The room was in poor condition. It even had graffiti etched into the windows. We didn’t end up staying the night. We cut our losses and went to another hotel in the area.

This is terrible place, heavy smoke smell all over the property. Even front desk not able to help with the smoke issue. I booked for 3 nights but checked out after one night. Rooms are worn out, bathroom is not clean, bed is broken. Don't even think about staying at this place.

Found a roach crawling on the floor in the bathroom and then their were people drunk & or fighting/stumbling real loud in the hallway outside my door. I left just before midnight and did not stay the full night.

Property was in a good area, however once in my room there were bugs crawling EVERYWHERE! I turned on the lights and they went scattering. They were even noticable on the walls!! Cockroaches and some kind of beatle that could have been bed bugs. I can't believe they take your money to stay here! Thank goodness I left and got a refund!

There was roaches is the room, the shower was broken which they did fix, the handle on the drawer was loose , AND SOME OF THE WORKER CAN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
