My stay was great overall. From check-in to check-out, the experience was positive. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, pleasant, and helpful. The lobby, hallways, and room were all very clean and well maintained. I did have two concerns. During my four-day stay, housekeeping did not replace towels or remove trash. I had to visit the front desk to request fresh towels and a trash bag. To their credit, the staff handled this quickly and cheerfully, which I appreciated. My second concern was the pool area. There were no clean towels available, and a few towels were left in the pool. The hot tub was heated and the pool was semi-heated, and both were otherwise clean and usable. The breakfast was suppose to end at 10am, but it actually stayed open a little later some days which I used for my advantage. I would definitely stay here again. I give it a 9.7 out of 10 if I had to personally rate.

The stay itself was great .the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The person at the front desk got me checked in with no issues. We did have a incident with a drunk person trying to get in our room but the staff took care of that right away, And even compensated me for the inconvenience.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Although you have to ask for housekeeping, they came in and did great job. I enjoyed my King suite. The bed was soft n comfy. I would've liked a more firm pillow, but that was not a major issue. I had an amazing week there. The hotel is very close to freeways and there's several good restaurants nearby.

I liked my room except the wall was cracked in the shower near the soap caddy, The breakfast was good and my room was nice and clean. It took a minute for someone to greet me upon arrival but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
