Nice hotel. Rooms were very nice, clean and large. Property itself is well maintained and has really nice staff. We had some issues in our unit on check in, but they were addressed. Restaurant food is quite good.

This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was very helpful.

Vibe Munnar is a fine property. However, it has these limitations: 1. You go to Munnar to experience nature. But the property has no nature walk or even walking area surrounding the property. This is a major drawback; 2. Staff do their best, but needs more professional look and mannerisms; 3. Every good place must have complimentary breakfast for all guests. This did not have it. Please improve these for higher rating.
