Dexter hotel guide. Independent hotel in Dexter, Michigan

"The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner did not work. When we arrived in the room, the temperature was 77 degrees. When we discovered that the air didn’t work we requested a different room but were informed that all the rooms were the same way because it is an older hotel and the system would not be changed to “cooling”until mid-May. All they could do was send up a fan and suggest we open the window (which only opened about three inches and didn’t have a screen on it). The temp in the room rose to 82 degrees and it took them three hours to send up a fan. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it."

"We were very disappointed in the breakfast. It was very basic but the hotel description was way more descriptive then what was actually provided. We will not stay again because we needed breakfast be to be included and there wasn't much to offer."

"Room was clean and updated for the most part. Bathroom needed work. Ceiling about shower was peeling, Bathroom fan was very loud, but was clean. It is very loud in the rooms. It was over the weekend so there were teenagers near my room that were really loud most of the night."
